Welcome to my home studio

Located in beautiful Hampstead Village, the studio is a three minute walk from the High Street. We are fully equipped with the best Classical Pilates apparatus from Gratz, Contrology by Balanced Body, Legacy Pilates, Purist Pilates, and Pilates Empower, including a Cadillac/Reformer combination unit, Wunda Chair, Baby Arm Chair, Ladder Barrel, Spine Corrector, Small Barrel and folding Mats.
